Chapters Four and Five

Chapter 4

Sister Joan reminds us, “What was right for me at one point in my life June not be right at all at another point.” Is there anything in your life at present that this insight speaks to—a spiritual practice, a job, a relationship, etc.? Keep it in mind and spend a few minutes a day for a month or so praying this psalm verse: “If today you hear God’s voice, harden not your heart.” (Ps. 95)

Chapter 5

Name one thing you consider a failure in your life. What did you learn from it? What did it teach you about yourself?
